Graduates 2013

I love being a librarian, but I find so much value in being an advisor. It's a neat experience to work with students over four years outside of the classroom. Moving from Dayspring retreat and canoeing freshman year to the college selection process and senior events has been an emotional journey.

We made a list of the senior activities/privileges at school, and there are a bunch.Study out, t-shirt Fridays, prom king and queen, senior gift, speaker selection, free cookies interim four, Busch Gardens (though it's not guaranteed), Universal Studios, senior speeches, senior walk, reserved parking, walking off campus for lunch, and the list goes on.

As Mrs. Pullen has said, we start the year with a senior breakfast at her house, have lunch together in the Parish Hall partway through the year, and finish up with a dinner at the Polo Grill in Lakewood Ranch. I agree that breaking bread together is an important part of fellowship, and it builds a class identity.

Congratulations guys, and stay in touch! 2013 makes it lucky!
