My brother introduced me to a new game over the College Weekend, made by the creators of Cranium. It's called Scribblish, and it's a mix of written and pictorial "telephone." You start with a phrase and draw it, then pass the drawing to the next person. They create a new caption from the first picture, and fold the paper over the picture. The paper gets passed, and the next person draws based only on the new caption. At the end, you unfold everything. And laugh. A lot.
We played a homemade version in advisory, and it was a good break from our usual sitting around. Plus Shreya brought Thin Mints. You can't beat Girl Scout cookies. It's nice to have a game that improves with more players.
These are my two favorites.
