It looks like they just cut up the cuttlefish and dropped the assorted bits into the fryer.
Unidentifiable portions of pig, fried (of course), that will stick to your stomach lining and randomly emit a small explosion, causing a pleasant internal tickling sensation.
That's the first thing that popped in my head... It's been a long day.
