Yeah, I don't know if this is where David was going . . . but my first thought was an add for either Reel Big Fish or, you know, just regular Phish.
Actually, the sign was near a subway...but I think it was an ad. Unless they really wanted us to watch out for catfish with drums because there's been an infestation on the trains.
Isn't that the picture of the CD cover for "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Catfish Band". I love their song "you don't send me flounders anymore...."
